I chose this hotel at last min because of the queen size bed availability. Their queen size dimensions are different than US standards. It looks more of a full bed. Other than that everything else is good: location, cleanliness, comfortable, a/c worked fine. We

Location, location, location. Centrally locate near may Museums and restaurants, all with in walking distance. Few minutes in any direction and you will stumble upon another major attraction of the city. Across the street there is a very active park. Skateboarders, dancers, live music and many social events. &-Eleven is directly to the right of the entrance for those mid night snacks. Quaint and functional is the best description for the rooms. Small with little natural light but always clean.

Wonderful Staff and Amenities This is is a very nice hotel close to everything you could want to walk to or take public transportation to. The beds are comfortable, the shower has hot water, the AC works great. Nice little window to let fresh air in. Free breakfast is great. You also have access to free washer and dryer to washes clothes on site. Most of all the staff was great so helpful and friendly. Great value and place to stay.

To start off, the location is fantastic. The staff there are extremely helpful. Breakfast was included which was good with plenty of options. First room we had was pointing to the street and was unfortunately loud at night. The staff were very accommodating and changed us to a different room without any problems. The rooms were clean. They were small but that was not an issue. WiFi was great. Overall, had a very good stay.

Everything was clean, good service, quiet. Rooms a little small. Located in an area that has several options of restaurants, Starbucks and to walk and enjoy the city.

Stayed here solo for a weekend while attending a wedding. Room and bathroom were spotless and clean. Location is excellent to be able to walk to the museums and park of the historic district. Through the weekend was able to visit local sites and still make it back to the hotel easily to drop off things or change. People mention the towels being old I think is exaggerated. The towels are just fine. 24h desk and a security person at the front entry and felt really safe the whole time. All the staff was very courteous and check in was fast and smooth. Breakfast was a good continental-style breakfast of Mexican foods. Two patios to eat outside. The room was indeed snug compared to hotels outside of a dense city, similar to a master bedroom in a house. Would be just fine for a couple visiting the city. I really enjoyed my stay, would be back here again, gracias!

Excellent location. You can walk to many attractions of Mexico City.the rooms were small but neat and clean. The staff were really helpful (bilingual), breakfast included.little noisy at night . But overall everything was good with our stay. Happy with our stay

Great location near many attractions and transit (bus and metro) Clean rooms, AC and heat in each room. Some room outlets may not charge as fast as others. There are no room safes. There is some construction happening behind the hotel, request the other side (north) if you are a light sleeper. 10min walk to Bella Artes, 20min walk to Zocalo (popular starting points for many walks, excursions). Giant park across the street with all types of vendors and plenty of food options.
